Overview

With Orbance website embed, you bring ticket sales and registration onto any website. Visitors stay on your page and book there – clear, familiar, and without a detour.

What the embed does

• Show the booking form directly on your website
• Embed flexibly in HTML, a CMS, or a page builder
• Resize automatically as the booking step changes
• Optionally keep the form in focus when the step changes
• Color scheme: light, dark, or system (follow the device)
• Show an Orbance badge with a link under the form (outside the iframe)
• Let people book where they already are

Requirements

• A website where you can add HTML
• An Orbance account with a ticket shop or sales channel
• A published event with a booking form

Getting started

1. In Orbance, open the event and choose Embed.
2. Switch to Website embed.
3. Choose the color scheme (light, dark, or system) and whether the form should stay in focus.
4. Copy the embed code and paste it where you want it.
5. Publish the page and test the booking.

The code is a small placeholder plus a script from the provider ticket shop ({short}.shop.orbance.com/embed.js). The script creates the form, resizes the height, keeps the form in view if enabled, and places the Orbance badge on the page.

The color scheme is passed as data-theme="light|dark|system" and, for light or dark, also as ?theme= on the form URL.

The iframe loads the form at /embed/event/{slug}/booking (not the public shop path /event/{slug}/booking).

Tips

• Ideal if you do not use WordPress or want the form inside an existing layout.
• For WordPress, there is also the WordPress plugin with a shortcode.
• If you need help embedding, you can send a support request directly from the dialog.
