Money flowTransparent from ticket to payout
The customer pays the ticket amount – optionally plus ticket service fee. The Orbance platform fee is calculated on the ticket subtotal and automatically retained on payout.

Percentage on the ticket subtotal for online payments – depending on your Orbance plan (Free 3%, Starter 2.5%, Space 1.5%, Orbit 1%), capped at €15 per ticket.

Optional surcharge in the ticket shop – independent of platform and payment provider fees. You set percentage and/or fixed amount.
Payout schedule
Payouts follow the payment provider's timelines. In the portal you see status, amounts and history of your transfers.
