Submit a privacy request
You can exercise your GDPR rights even without an account or booking link. We create a support ticket and contact you by email.
This form is for requests to Wiedenroth Technologies (Orbance). For pure ticket or booking data, the event organizer is usually responsible.
1. Submit the form with the type of request and relevant details (e.g. booking number, shop URL).
2. We review the request and verify your identity if needed (typically within 30 days).
3. You receive an email with a ticket link to track status and reply.
Requests about tickets and bookings
For personal data from ticket purchases (name, booking, payment, event), the organizer of the respective event is usually responsible - not Orbance.
- In the ticket shop, find the organizer's contact details under legal notice and privacy policy.
- Alternatively: self-service via shop account, booking page (link from confirmation email), or organizer contact.
- Use this form only for Orbance platform data or if the organizer is unreachable.
Faster via self-service
If you can identify yourself, these options are often quicker:
- Orbance account: After login, open account settings → Privacy (export & delete account).
- Shop account: In the ticket shop under Account → Privacy.
- Guest booking: On the booking page via the link from your confirmation email (export & anonymize).
