1. Scope
This policy describes the scope of the templates provided by Orbance for imprint, privacy policy, terms and conditions and right of withdrawal in the ticket shop (“shop templates”). It supplements the platform terms of service.
2. What the shop templates cover
The shop templates include the information technically required from Orbance's side for operating the ticket shop, in particular:
- Reference to Orbance as the technical platform and distinction from the organizer as service provider
- Links to Orbance platform imprint and privacy policy where relevant
- Structure and placeholders for organizer-side mandatory information (contact, address, company details)
- Basic wording on liability, copyright, privacy and withdrawal rights in the ticket shop context
- Links to Orbance report forms for IP infringement and illegal content
3. Organizer responsibility
As the organizer you are solely responsible for adapting, completing and reviewing the shop templates for your specific offering. This applies in particular to:
- your business, contact and company details
- how personal data is processed internally in your organization
- content, prices, availability and cancellation or withdrawal rules for your events
- setup and lawful use of connected payment accounts
- email delivery, including your own SMTP servers, credentials and technical setup (e.g. SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Orbance does not review your content or configurations for legal compliance unless legally required.

The shop templates are for guidance only and do not replace individual legal advice. Orbance is not liable for completeness, currency or legal validity of the texts. Please have the content reviewed by a lawyer if needed.
